LTD Hospitality Group is seeking a Breakfast Cook to join a fast-paced hotel kitchen, ensuring quality, presentation, and cost control according to recipes. The role requires following instructions, multitasking, and a passion for guest experiences.

The position offers growth within our properties and benefits including health-related coverage and retirement plans. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualificações

• Requires at least 1 year of experience as a cook.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to follow recipes and maintain quality standards.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene practices.

Responsabilidades

• The breakfast cook will ensure high levels of food quality, presentation and cost control according to recipe cards.
• Operate a variety of kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, wash, peel, cut and shred fruits and vegetables, and trim meat, poultry and fish.
• Check pars for shift use; determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line setup; note shortages.
• Start items prepared ahead of time, considering meetings and events; avoid over-preparation.
• Assist in preparation, production and service of special functions.
• Filter oil in deep fat fryer daily.
• Assist in storing food deliveries; date and rotate containers.
• Be able to set up, operate, clean and sanitize all equipment safely.
• Check area and equipment condition; notify manager of needed repairs.
• Follow sanitation standards and frequent hand washing.
