Job summary

Aperture Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Server to deliver exceptional service to hotel guests during breakfast service. The role involves serving food and beverages, maintaining dining area cleanliness, stocking and assisting with set up for events and meetings, and providing a warm, guest-focused experience.

Shifts typically begin early and may require weekend availability. The position offers exposure to a hospitality-driven environment with opportunities for growth and professional development

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work in shifts and report for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Weekend availability is mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitized prep cooler.
• Work multiple roles all in one shift as a cook, server, bartender, barista, and banquet server.
• Practice standards of cleanliness and food handling.
• Properly use all chemicals and equipment per manufacturer's guidelines.
• Set up and maintain all food and beverage items during any hours of food service, meeting room, and/or special guest functions ensuring proper amounts and temperature.
• Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures with regard to serving alcoholic beverages, wine and beer.
• Upon completion of food service, clean up the area in accordance with standards and procedures.
• Carry out any reasonable request by Management
