AmeriLux Family of Companies in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator for our brand new manufacturing plant. You will assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting while ensuring product quality and meeting production targets.

The role supports a 12-hour shift schedule, offers a competitive hourly wage, and includes benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand or walk for 12 hours.
• Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.
• Participate in training and support team development.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Job description

Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant!

Sign on bonus: $1,250.

Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)

Strating pay $21-25/ hour

Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects
• Participate in training and support team development
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

12-hour shift: 5PM - 5AM

Monday - Thursday OR Friday - Sunday

Overtime opportunities available
