Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator for our brand-new manufacturing plant in Wisconsin. The role offers a sign-on bonus of $1,250 and starting pay between $21 and $25 per hour, depending on experience and shift.

Shifts run 12 hours, with options for day or night schedules Monday through Thursday or Friday through Sunday. You will assist with machine setup, perform quality checks, and help meet production goals while maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively.
• Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform in a hot environment.
• Effective communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.
• Participate in training and support team development.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)

Strating pay $21-25/ hour

Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects
• Participate in training and support team development
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

12-hour shifts

Monday - Thursday 5AM - 5PM OR 5PM - 5AM

Friday - Sunday 5AM - 5PM OR 5PM - 5AM

Requirements:
