Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring an Assistant Machine Operator for our brand new manufacturing plant in Wisconsin. The role includes a 12-hour night shift (5PM–5AM) with potential overtime and a $1,250 sign-on bonus paid in installments.

Starting pay ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and shift. Responsibilities include machine setup assistance, quality checks, and documenting production data.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 12 hours.
• Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.
• Participate in training and support team development.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)

Strating pay $21-25/ hour

Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities

Monday - Thursday OR Friday - Sunday
