Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to welcome customers, manage appointments, answer calls, and assist with alterations coordination. The CSR will strive to deliver a five-star experience, support store standards, and promote alterations services while collaborating with the Alterations team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Sewing experience is helpful for alterations tasks.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers with friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person.
• Use all systems to manage customer flow to deliver five-star service.
• Meet all service vows and complete operational checklists.
• Provide exceptional service to multiple customers and address concerns, escalating when needed.
• Explain how alterations can enhance a dress for events and promote services.
