David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to welcome customers, schedule alterations appointments, answer phones, and promote alterations services. The CSR supports the Alterations team in delivering a five-star experience and works with store management to ensure smooth operations.

This part-time role emphasizes weekend availability, pays competitive hourly wages, and offers a $400 referral bonus with no limit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers over phone, chat, and in person with genuine enthusiasm.
• Manage customer flow using systems to deliver five-star service.
• Inform customers about alterations services and promotions.
• Support inventory and perform checkout transactions accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations room and dress-code standards.
• Escalate issues to Alterations Manager when needed.
• Press, steam, and inspect garments for quality before pickup.
