David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the alterations department. The CSR welcomes customers, schedules appointments, answers calls, presses garments, and ensures items are ready for pickup to deliver a five-star customer experience.

The role emphasizes friendly service, multitasking across phones, chats, and in-person interactions, while keeping the alterations area clean and well-organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with genuine enthusiasm in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Manage customer flow with available systems to deliver five-star service.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Press garments and prepare items for pickup.
• Maintain clean, organized alterations area and assist with store duties.
