David’s Bridal in the United States is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to support the alterations department and deliver a superior customer experience. The CSR welcomes customers, assists with appointments, answers phones, presses garments, and prepares items for pickup.

You will use store systems to manage flow, promote alterations services, maintain store standards, and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store.
• Prior sewing experience is helpful.
• Experience with computerized POS system.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers warmly and assist in person, over phone, and via virtual chat.
• Manage customer flow using systems to deliver five-star service.
• Prepare, welcome, meet needs, and be there for all customers per vows.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain a clean, organized alterations room and proper dress code.
