Job summary

David's Bridal seeks an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to enhance the alterations department and deliver a superior customer experience. The CSR greets customers, schedules appointments, and supports pressing and finishing garments, reporting to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, managing flow with systems, promoting alterations services, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store ideal.
• Prior sewing experience helpful for alterations tasks.
• Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm over phone, chats, and in person.
• Manage customer flow using store systems to deliver a five-star experience.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for customers.
