Job summary

Beacon Destinations is seeking a responsive Guest Services Coordinator to support guests and vacation rental operations remotely. The role handles inquiries before, during, and after stays and requires strong English communication, calm problem-solving, and a proactive, guest-first attitude.

You will collaborate with Guest Experience, Operations, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to ensure smooth stays and timely resolutions. This is a remote, customer-facing position with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the vacation rental industry.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven customer service skills with calm, empathetic, solutions-focused approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document information accurately.
• Ability to prioritize multiple guest requests within a scheduled shift.
• Comfortable learning and using multiple technology platforms and tools.
• Ability to work independently with a distributed team.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline contact for guests via email, chat, and phone.
• Respond promptly to questions, service requests, late check-ins, and concerns.
• Monitor stays and follow up on guest needs and issues.
• Coordinate with Guest Experience, Operations, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.
• Escalate urgent issues per procedures.
• Confirm property readiness, check-in details, and guest access information.
• Support housekeeping coordination and flag issues.
• Send and follow up on check-out communications.
• Document guest interactions and resolutions.
• Assist with vendor payments and reconciliation.
• Create and manage damage claims process.
• Support additional guest services and administrative needs.
