Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of counseling experience in behavioral health or substance use settings.
• Experience with case management, crisis intervention, and group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients through biopsychosocial evaluations and set recovery goals.
• Provide individual and group counseling focusing on coping and skills.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans with care teams.
• Coordinate referrals for medical, psychiatric, vocational, and social services.
• Educate families, offer support resources, and facilitate group sessions.
• Maintain compliant documentation and adhere to HIPAA and ethics.
• Deliver crisis intervention and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
