Qualifications

• Four-year degree in counseling or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• CAS, LAC, or LPCC licensure required.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to patients.
• Lead training groups and seminars; provide therapeutic leadership.
• Coordinate with community agencies and law enforcement for referrals and compliance.
• Complete initial assessments and develop treatment plans with patient input.
• Maintain patient charts and ensure confidentiality per DHHS regulations.
• Contribute to daily reports, case reviews, and CQI monitoring.
