The role requires at least 2 years in a warehouse and 1 year of SAP experience, with strong supervision and handheld scanner skills. A flexible schedule including overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and timely order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team; propose performance improvements as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Safely operate equipment and provide backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate issues.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace under the 7S program.
