Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd shift in Texas. You will oversee the warehouse team, manage workloads, train staff, and ensure accurate inventory and on-time orders.

The role requires SAP and WMS proficiency, plus experience with handheld scanners. You will implement safety rules, maintain documentation, and drive excellent customer service while supporting management and operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory levels are correct and orders are completed on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures for compliance.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and provide backup to management.
• Track orders and investigate issues; catalog and track goods.
