Responsibilities

• Schedule outpatient hospital procedures over the phone with strong customer service.
• Obtain, verify orders and referrals from providers.
• Obtain patient demographics.
• Verify procedure orders are insurance-authorized.
• Provide patients with test/procedure preparation instructions.
