MEDICAL ON DEMAND LLC in Lady Lake, FL is seeking a BE/BC Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our outpatient practice and care for adult and senior Medicare Advantage populations.

This physician-led group offers a full patient panel, a dedicated clinical team, a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends, and a competitive base salary with incentives plus a strong benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility.

Aufgaben

• Outpatient primary care in a 100% outpatient clinic.
• Chronic disease management for hypertension, diabetes, COPD and cardiovascular disease.
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and care coordinators.
• Maintain EMR documentation and comply with quality standards.
