MEDICAL ON DEMAND LLc in Wauchula, FL is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join its outpatient team serving adult Medicare/Medicare Advantage patients. You will provide patient-centered, preventive care with a focus on quality outcomes in a low-stress, Monday-Friday schedule.

The role emphasizes geriatrics, care coordination with specialists, and a strong team-based approach. Bilingual Spanish preferred; Florida license or in process required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Open to ACN-certified physicians.
• Active Florida license (or ability to obtain).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Managed care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care.
• Manage chronic conditions (HTN, diabetes, COPD, etc.).
• Focus on preventive care and Medicare quality metrics (HEDIS).
• Develop and manage individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with care teams and specialists.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
