Role features 100% outpatient care with a Monday–Friday schedule (8 AM–5 PM), 12–16 patients daily, and a generous compensation package. Relocation support and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active Florida Medical License or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead outpatient care within a Value-Based Care model.
• Setting: 100% Outpatient Clinical Care.
• Focus on continuity of care and health maintenance for a diverse adult population.
