Job summary

MEDICAL ON DEMAND LLc is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) in Ocala, FL for an outpatient value-based care role serving Medicare Advantage patients.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no hospital call, no weekends, and a focus on preventive, relationship-based care within a physician-led team. Competitive compensation with incentives is provided.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required for practice.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine is required.
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to adult and geriatric Medicare Advantage patients.
• Deliver preventive and chronic disease management with a value-based care approach.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in long-term, relationship-based care in a physician-led organization.
