Job summary

Qualifications

  • Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Active Florida medical license or eligibility.
  • Strong interest in geriatric and managed care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage chronic conditions and preventative health both independently and with a team.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
