MEDICAL ON DEMAND LLC in Leesburg, FL is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician (MD/DO or ACN) to lead a brand-new, single-physician outpatient clinic. The role emphasizes autonomous, patient-centered care with a Medicare Advantage focus and no hospital politics.

The successful candidate will manage an adult/geriatric panel, ensure continuity of care, and coordinate a dedicated local team. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with predictable hours and value-based outcomes.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted Florida Medical License (MD, DO, or ACN welcome).
• 1–2 years of independent primary care or internal medicine experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality primary care for adult/geriatric patients in a solo outpatient setting.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic conditions within a Medicare Advantage model.
• Lead the clinical team to implement a structured plan of care.
• Maintain compliance records per Florida Board of Medicine scope-of-practice.
