Port Orange, Florida-based outpatient physician opportunity with a premier physician-founded group focused on Value-Based Care for Medicare Advantage patients. The role offers a competitive base salary, annual bonuses, sign-on and relocation incentives, and a Monday to Friday schedule (8 AM–5 PM) with no weekends or holidays.

We seek Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians, with interest in geriatric care and Florida licensure.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Interest in Geriatric Care and Medicare Advantage models.
• Active or eligible for Florida Medical License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team-based approach to ensure high-quality outcomes and cost-efficiency.
• Manage a Medicare-aged population with focus on chronic disease management and preventive care.
• Maintain a flexible, rotating on-call schedule (outpatient only).
