Job summary

Jackson Creek Post Acute is seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist supervisor for Weekdays. You will evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with physicians and nursing staff to implement care plans.

You will supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and students, participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and staff training to ensure high-quality rehab services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active OT license in the state required and maintained.
• Experience with documentation and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours or 1 business day after referral.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans from the referring physician.
• Supervise COTA, aides and students in direct patient care.
• Participate in care conferences, discharge planning and staff training.
