Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy; Master's/Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed OT in state.
• Proficient computer skills for Net Health and PointClickCare.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise OT Assistants and students.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and staff on progress and discharge planning.
• Complete timely, compliant documentation per policies and payer requirements.
• Educate residents and families on home exercise programs and safety.
