Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver supervision to BTs/RBTs and oversee a small caseload in Chandler, AZ. You will regularly review session data, interpret outcomes, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families.

We offer a competitive pay package, a Monday–Friday full-time schedule with no weekends, and a supportive environment guided by a Clinical Manager who assists with scheduling and caseload management.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA intervention strategies, earning theories, ethics, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
