Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload in Chandler, AZ. The role includes reviewing session data with staff and families, interpreting results, and updating individualized treatment plans.

The BCBA will lead team meetings, collaborate with families, and coordinate with the Clinical Manager for support and scheduling. In-home and in-center experiences are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• BCBA certification or eligibility required.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to physically assist and interact with clients (lift up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and family; adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment and staff concerns.
• Support BCBA students with administrative help and scheduling.
