Applied Industrial Technologies in Erie, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to use your service skills to help customers with parts and solutions. You will build relationships through ongoing contact, research needs, and recommend parts while meeting monthly goals.

You will work Monday–Friday, with a base salary plus incentive opportunities, comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, and career development opportunities within a global industrial distributor.

• Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and in person at our facility.
• Clarify needs, research, and, after getting up to speed, recommend parts.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction.
• Process quotes, take orders and provide post-order service.
