Job summary

The Meritage Resort & Spa in Napa, CA seeks a Wedding Sales Manager to drive wedding business across our diverse venues. You will handle inquiries, prepare proposals and contracts, and ensure seamless handoffs from sales to operations.

This role requires strong relationship building and a track record in luxury hospitality sales. Responsibilities include coordinating site visits, vendor partnerships, and pricing strategy with the Director of Events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in hotel wedding sales or events.
• Knowledge of cultural weddings; luxury or resort experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all lead inquiries and respond within 24 hours.
• Generate new wedding business through planners, vendors, and networking.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, addendums, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate site visits, fam trips, and post-site follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records in Delphi and track deposits and milestones.
• Support forecasting, reporting, and CRM data integrity.
• Act as primary contact for clients and coordinate with operations.
