Job summary

The Estate Yountville is seeking a Wedding Sales Manager to drive group and leisure business for two luxury hotels, Hotel Villagio and Vintage House, in Yountville, CA. This on-site role collaborates with the Director of Sales to secure new accounts and achieve revenue targets.

You will conduct solicitation calls, tours, and entertain clients in Leisure SMERF, BT and Groups segments, build relationships with key accounts, and maintain strong visibility in the local market while representing the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Previous luxury hotel sales or hospitality experience required.
• Previous manager-level experience in same or similar role required.
• Must possess proficiency in Delphi FDC and Opera, or similar platforms.
• Experience with luxury and leisure markets preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to negotiate and influence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Attain assigned sales and revenue goals as well as solicitation call goals.
• Proactively conduct solicitation calls, sales tours, and entertain clients for Leisure SMERF BT and/or Groups.
• Grow existing relationships with assigned accounts for Leisure SMERF BT and/or Groups.
• Monitor and evaluate trends within your market segment.
• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a courteous service-oriented manner.
• Develop working knowledge of hotel operations and policies.
• Maintain visibility in local community and industry organizations.
• Participate in promotions relating to direct sales segments.
• Attend meetings and perform duties as requested by management.
