Job summary

• Experience leading complex cross-functional digital or web programs.
• Strong facilitation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; turning discussions into decisions.
• Experience coordinating agencies or vendors, managing project plans and RAID logs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated project plan with milestones and decisions.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Corporate Affairs, Legal, Compliance, HR, Finance, and agencies.
• Coordinate delivery with vendors for website design, analytics tagging, and reporting.
• Plan and facilitate leadership reviews and cross-functional check-ins; document actions and owners.
• Track risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies; escalate with options and next steps.
• Prepare concise status updates for program leaders and steering groups.
