Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a project manager to coordinate its corporate website redesign and redevelopment. The role focuses on engaging internal stakeholders and coordinating vendors to keep teams aligned, surface decisions, and move work across strategy, content, AEM delivery, governance, and launch.

The ideal candidate will manage complex digital programs, facilitate cross-functional sessions, and produce concise status materials for program leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional digital, web, technology, or communications programs.
• Strong facilitation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills across seniority levels.
• Clear written and verbal communication; translate discussion into decisions and actions.
• Experience coordinating agencies or vendors, managing project plans and RAID logs.
• Familiarity with enterprise content platforms, website redesigns, analytics, or AEM is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies, and decision calendar.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Corporate Affairs and partner functions including Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Global Safety, HR, Finance, Web Technology, and agencies.
• Coordinate delivery with vendors supporting website design/development and analytics tagging; align scopes and milestones.
• Plan and facilitate working sessions, leadership reviews, and cross-functional check-ins; document decisions and owners.
• Coordinate content migration/rebuild approvals; track feedback, decisions, and sign-offs through completion.
• Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; escalate with options and next steps.
• Prepare status updates and decision materials for program leaders and steering groups.
• Support stakeholder communications and rollout planning; ensure decisions carry through to delivery.
• Ensure workstreams stay connected and that requirements and standards are followed into delivery.

Summary

Company is seeking a project manager to help coordinate its corporate website redesign and redevelopment. The role will focus on internal stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination: keeping teams aligned, surfacing decisions and dependencies, and moving work across the program's major workstreams - from strategy and content through AEM delivery, governance, and launch.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies, and decision calendar.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Corporate Affairs and partner functions, including Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Global Safety, Human Resources, Finance, Web Technology teams, and agency partners.
• Coordinate delivery with vendors supporting website design and development, as well as performance analytics tagging configuration, monitoring, and reporting. Align scopes, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables with internal stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate working sessions, leadership reviews, and cross-functional check-ins; document decisions, actions, and owners.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals of migrated or rebuilt content with content owners and relevant control functions; track feedback, decisions, and sign-offs through completion.
• Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, escalating them with clear options and recommended next steps.
• Prepare concise status updates and decision materials for program leaders and steering groups.
• Support stakeholder communications and rollout planning.
• Help ensure workstreams stay connected and that agreed decisions, requirements, and standards carry through to delivery.

Qualifications

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $48.00 - $50.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
