Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional digital, web, technology or communications programs.
• Strong facilitation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication; ability to turn discussions into decisions and actions.
• Experience coordinating agencies or vendors, managing project plans and RAID logs, and preparing executive status reports.
• Familiarity with enterprise content platforms, website redesigns, analytics implementation, or AEM is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated project plan, milestones, dependencies, and decision calendar.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Corporate Affairs and partner functions, including Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Global Safety, HR, Finance, Web Technology, and agencies.
• Coordinate delivery with vendors supporting website design and development and analytics tagging configuration and reporting.
• Plan and facilitate working sessions, leadership reviews, and cross-functional check-ins; document decisions and owners.
• Coordinate content reviews and approvals with content owners; track feedback and sign-offs through completion.
• Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; escalate with options and next steps.
• Prepare concise status updates and decision materials for program leaders and steering groups.
• Support stakeholder communications and rollout planning.
• Ensure workstreams stay connected and that decisions and standards carry through to delivery.
