AHU Technologies Inc. seeks a Master Program Manager to lead the Washington, DC web portfolio, overseeing the dc.gov redesign and AI-powered search initiatives.

You will ensure scope, milestones, governance, and status visibility across all active projects, with onsite delivery and contract leadership. The role requires 16 years of multi-project PM experience, strong government stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate with SMEs and external vendors to deliver on time, within budget,

Qualifications

• Master Program Manager with oversight of a multi-project portfolio.
• Experience gathering requirements with SMEs and defining scope.
• Familiarity with government IT procurement norms and SOW structure.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a portfolio-wide tracking system (RAID log, milestone schedules, dashboard).
• Run recurring status reporting cadence to client leadership across the portfolio.
• Define project requirements and scope with SMEs; coordinate external vendor support when needed.
• Advise on vendor/contractor scoping and deliverables (SOWs).
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items; escalate to leadership as needed.
• Report on project status, milestones, and delivery readiness across the portfolio, with the dc.gov relaunch as the flagship initiative.
