Job summary

L.E.K. Consulting is seeking a Website Operations Manager to build and oversee the lead-generation website stack. You will manage the Drupal CMS, analytics, tagging, and integrations, while guiding a production team and working with an external agency.

The role is hybrid and can be based in Boston or Chicago, requiring collaboration with stakeholders and translating complex technical concepts for leadership.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of website operations or managing a web tech stack for a global, multi-language site.
• Familiarity with Drupal technical concepts, enough to clearly state needs from the agency.
• Ability to perform UAT for each sprint and manage release communications.

Responsibilities

• Own the web stack and CMS integrations across forms, CRM, and marketing systems.
• Lead the agency relationship day to day; write clear tickets and requirements; coordinate QA and releases.
• Run the production queue with a prioritized backlog and timely timelines.
• Protect site quality and accessibility by applying WCAG standards and monitoring Core Web Vitals.
