UENI Limited seeks an Onboarding Advisor to guide customers through a 1-hour video call, helping them learn to use their websites effectively and maximize online presence. You will tailor guidance to each business, assist with site setup and updates, troubleshoot issues, and share best practices in SEO and online marketing.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus.
• Customer Service or Sales experience preferred.
• Tech-savvy: basic proficiency and willingness to learn about website building and digital marketing.
• Communication: strong English skills; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct 1-hour onboarding video calls with new customers to walk through features and support website use.
• Provide tailored guidance based on each customer's business needs and goals.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during onboarding.
• Educate customers on best practices for website management and marketing.
• Collect feedback to improve onboarding and inform product teams.
• Create and maintain onboarding documentation for customers.
