Nelnet is seeking a remote Full-time Client Onboarding Specialist to lead onboarding, training, and ongoing client success for our education technology platform. You will coordinate workflows, configuration, and education, while guiding customers through adoption and ongoing use.

You will collaborate with product, support, and sales teams to deliver proactive client success, monitor usage, and resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• 2 years in client success, implementation, system onboarding, or client-facing technical roles.
• Experience configuring systems, delivering training, and supporting workflow development.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues and working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating process documentation, guides, or training materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead new client onboarding from kickoff to go-live with config, deliverables, and expectations.
• Conduct product demos, discovery sessions, and client education to support adoption.
• Deliver customized administrator and end-user training with resources.
• Develop, document, and refine onboarding workflows and internal procedures.
• Mentor teammates on processes, system navigation, and client engagement.
• Monitor usage and re-engage low-usage customers for long-term adoption.
• Serve as primary contact for client questions, troubleshooting, and relationships.
• Research industry trends and provide client insights.
• Coordinate issue resolution, manage tickets, translate requirements.
• Support major incident response and stabilize client experience.
• Conduct QA testing for releases and provide product improvement feedback.
