UENI is seeking an Onboarding Advisor to guide new customers through a 1-hour video call, teaching them how to manage and optimize their websites. You will tailor guidance, troubleshoot issues, and share best practices for content, SEO, and online marketing, ensuring a smooth start.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-hour video calls with new customers to walk them through features and functionalities of their websites.
• Provide personalized guidance based on each customer's business needs and goals.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during onboarding.
• Educate customers on best practices for website management, SEO, and online marketing.
• Gather feedback to improve onboarding and inform product/development teams.
• Create and maintain onboarding documentation and resources.
