Job summary

Housecall Pro is seeking a Specialist, Website Onboarding to guide service professionals (Pros) through onboarding to our website offerings. You will demonstrate exceptional communication, attention to detail, and technical know-how to improve Pros' digital presence and efficiency.

You will conduct live onboarding calls, define branding needs, and drive end-to-end website builds using established templates, ensuring mobile layouts and security integrations are validated before going live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year in customer success, implementation, or website onboarding.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live onboarding calls with Pros to define business requirements and milestones.
• Execute end-to-end build and launch of Pro websites using templates and guidelines.
• Configure domain, security, and third-party integrations.
• Optimize content for SEO and accessibility for maximum reach.
• Maintain CRM documentation of project stages and interactions.
• Manage high-volume case pipeline to meet SLAs and publishing timelines.
• Perform QA audits to ensure brand standards and technical requirements.
