Job summary

Skywalk Global in Jackson, MS seeks an execution lead for a Drupal-based website redevelopment project. You will drive content strategy, IA decisions, and editorial direction in partnership with DOM program area stakeholders and oversee migration workflows.

You will lead ADA Title II compliance efforts across the site, coordinate remediation activities with Tyler Technologies and DOM stakeholders, and develop governance and change-management materials to support post-launch adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or serving in a significant execution role on large-scale (100+ pages) website redesign projects.
• Experience leading public-sector government website redesign projects involving content libraries.
• Experience working directly with external technology vendors and professional services firms.
• Hands-on experience with website implementations, migrations, or redevelopment projects.
• Working knowledge of ADA Title II and WCAG accessibility standards as they apply to web content.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution, working directly with DOM program area stakeholders and control board.
• Drive content strategy, information architecture decisions, and editorial direction in partnership with DOM program area stakeholders and overseeing migration workflows.
• Lead ADA Title II compliance efforts across the website development with legal/compliance stakeholders.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and process documentation to support governance post-launch.
• Coordinate with IT resources on workflow components of the change-management system.
• Lead change-management activities to support staff adoption of new web processes and tools after launch.
• Engage directly with leaders across DOM program areas to gather content requirements and facilitate reviews.
• Provide weekly written status updates to the DOM Project Manager, executive sponsors, and the Design/Control Board; flag risks and blockers.

RequiredSkills/Experience
