Job summary

G3 Tech Consultants is seeking an experienced execution lead for a long-term, onsite website redevelopment project in Jackson, MS. You will work with Tyler Technologies on a Drupal-based redesign, guiding content strategy, IA decisions, and migration planning while ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.

You will coordinate governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement, delivering QA, UAT, and post-launch readiness. Strong collaboration across government partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading or serving in a significant execution role on large-scale website redesigns (100+ pages) with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading public-sector or government website redesigns with substantial content libraries.
• Experience working with external technology vendors and professional services firms to drive delivery.
• Hands-on experience with website implementations, migrations, or redevelopment projects.
• Working knowledge of ADA Title II and WCAG accessibility standards as they apply to web content and design.
• Experience developing or implementing web governance frameworks, content workflows, or digital change management processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, written communication, and organizational skills.

Job description

Duration: Long Term

Website Redevelopment Execution

• Serve as the primary day-to-day execution lead workingdirectly with Tyler Technologies on the Drupal-based website redesign and rebuild.
• Drive content strategy,information architecture decisions, and editorial direction in partnership with DOM programarea stakeholders and control board.
• Lead content migrationplanning and execution, including auditing existingcontent, coordinating with content owners, and managing migration workflows.
• Oversee quality assurance, execute user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate pre-post-launch readiness activities.

ADA Title II & Accessibility Compliance

• Lead ADA Title II compliance efforts across the website redevelopment, ensuring all deliverables meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards at minimum working directly with the DOM Legal and Compliance project stakeholders.
• Coordinate accessibility remediation activities with the Tyler Technologies team, Smartsheet resources, and internal DOM stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of compliance activities and communicate statusto project leadership.

Web Governance & Change Management System

• Design and implement a sustainable web governance frameworkfor DOM, including content request workflows, approval processes, and roles/responsibilities for ongoing site maintenance.
• Develop SOPs, trainingmaterials, and processdocumentation to supportthe governance model post-launch.
• Coordinate with iTech resources on the technical workflow components of the changemanagement system.
• Lead change management activities to supportstaff adoption of new web processes and tools after launch.

Stakeholder Engagement & Content Coordination

• Engage directly with leaders and staff acrossDOM program areas to gathercontent requirements, facilitate reviews, and drive timely approvals alongside the DOM Project Manager.
• Translate program area needs into actionable guidancefor the Tyler Technologies team.
• Facilitate working sessions,content workshops, and review meetingswith program area representatives.

Reporting & Communication

• Provide weekly writtenstatus updates to the DOM Project Manager,executive sponsors, and the Design/Control Board as requested.
• Maintain project documentation, decisions logs, and content inventories alongside the DOM Project Manager. Flag risks, issues,and blockers in a timely manner and work collaboratively to resolve them alongside the DOM Project Manager.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience leading or serving in a significant execution role on large-scale (100+ pages and multiple stakeholder groups)website redesign or redevelopment projects, including multiple full development lifecycles from planning through production launch.
• Experience leading public-sector or government websiteredesign projects involving websites with substantial content libraries.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting Medicaidagencies, state healthdepartments, healthcare organizations, or human services programs.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet forms, workflows, or automation (formsmodernization is handledby a dedicated Smartsheet resource; general familiarity is a plus).
• Experience coordinating enterprise content migration projects.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments, business units, or government agencies.
• Proven ability to work independently, hold others accountable, and maintain projectmomentum in complex organizational environments
• Accessibility certifications (CPACC,WAS) or projectmanagement certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CBAP), or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Experience with Tyler Technologies web products or comparable contentmanagement platforms.
• Experience leading public-sector or government websiteredesign projects involving websites with substantial content libraries (200+ pages preferred).
• Self-starter who takes initiative and operates effectively with minimal oversight.
