Job summary

Radiant Digital is seeking a Project Manager to lead a Website Modernization project onsite in Jackson, MS. You will manage the Drupal-based redesign, drive content strategy, information architecture, and ensure delivery from planning through production launch.

You will collaborate with DOM program area stakeholders, manage content migrations, and oversee QA, UAT, and readiness activities while ensuring ADA Title II compliance and WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership on large-scale website redesigns (100+ pages) from planning to production.
• Experience with public-sector or government website redesigns with sizable libraries.
• Proven ability to work with external technology vendors and professional services.
• Hands-on experience with website implementations and migrations.
• Working knowledge of ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Experience developing web governance, content workflows, or digital change management.

Position: Project Manager - Website Modernization Project Lead

Location: 100% Onsite- Jackson, MS

Website Redevelopment Execution

• Serve as the primary day-to-day execution lead working directly with Tyler Technologies on the Drupal-based website redesign and rebuild.
• Drive content strategy, information architecture decisions, and editorial direction in partnership with DOM program area stakeholders and control board.
• Lead content migration planning and execution, including auditing existing content, coordinating with content owners, and managing migration workflows.
• Oversee quality assurance, execute user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate pre-post-launch readiness activities.

ADA Title II & Accessibility Compliance

• Lead ADA Title II compliance efforts across the website redevelopment, ensuring all deliverables meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards at minimum working directly with the DOM Legal and Compliance project stakeholders.
• Coordinate accessibility remediation activities with the Tyler Technologies team, Smartsheet resources, and internal DOM stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of compliance activities and communicate status to project leadership.

Required Skills/Experience

• Demonstrated experience leading or serving in a significant execution role on large-scale (100+ pages and multiple
• stakeholder groups) website redesign or redevelopment projects, including multiple full development lifecycles from planning through production launch.
• Experience leading public-sector or government website redesign projects involving websites with substantial content libraries.
• Experience working directly with external technology vendors and professional services firms to drive delivery.
• Hands-on experience with website implementations, migrations, or redevelopment projects.
• Working knowledge of ADA Title II and WCAG accessibility standards as they apply to web content and design.
• Experience developing or implementing web governance frameworks, content workflows, or digital change management processes.

Preferred/Not Required

• Experience supporting Medicaid agencies, state health departments, healthcare organizations, or human services programs.
• Experience supporting state government digital modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet forms, workflows, or automation (forms modernization is handled by a dedicated Smartsheet resource; general familiarity is a plus).
• Experience coordinating enterprise content migration projects.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments, business units, or government agencies.
• Proven ability to work independently, hold others accountable, and maintain project momentum in complex organizational environments.
• Accessibility certifications (CPACC, WAS) or project management certificates (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CBAP)
