Job summary

You will partner with analytics teams, manage test programs, and deliver insights to improve engagement and conversion, reporting results to stakeholders with clarity and impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting customer-facing website experiences.
• Strong background in website analytics and performance measurement.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and reporting tools; knowledge of Amplitude/Content Square is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze website performance data to understand user interactions and behavior shifts.
• Establish baselines and measure pre- and post-launch performance for site changes.
• Lead test setup, execution, analysis, and reporting of results; document outcomes.
• Analyze A/B testing and personalization results to assess impact on engagement and conversion.
• Build executive-ready reports summarizing performance trends and key takeaways.
