Job summary

Leidos is seeking a qualified WebEOC Support professional to bolster TSA FOCUS operations. You will provide operational and technical support for the WebEOC platform, assist users, perform configuration, and document activities to ensure continuity during events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience; additional years allowed in lieu of degree.
• Experience supporting WebEOC or comparable emergency-management/operational systems.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications and supporting end users.
• Strong communication, documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the WebEOC platform and workflows.
• Respond to and resolve WebEOC user requests and incidents.
• Configure and troubleshoot WebEOC as approved.
• Document incidents, requests, changes, and resolutions.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with TSA stakeholders during events.
• Maintain service records and technical documentation.
• Support testing and validation of WebEOC functionality.
• Coordinate activities with Service Desk and engineering teams.
