Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking an experienced IT professional to support DCS operations systems including WebEOC. You will work with cross-functional teams, deliver tier 2 support, and help manage data and configurations while guiding staff and volunteers.

The role emphasizes process analysis, project coordination, and strong documentation skills to ensure reliable system operations and successful technology deployments within a humanitarian setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of techniques related to project/program management.
• Experience with business process redesign and requirements analysis.
• Ability to apply systems life cycle, systems integration and data management principles.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand DCS business processes and translate requirements into technology artifacts.
• Investigate WebEOC operations-related problems and coordinate solutions.
• Present business cases for approval to initiate projects.
• Develop strategic plans with stakeholders to implement the technology vision.
• Participate in all phases of the solution lifecycle and test strategies.
• Provide end-user support for tier 2 IT tickets and develop support processes.
• Develop and provide technical support for WebEOC configurations and access.
