Job summary

Belmark Inc. is seeking a Web-to-Print® Pouch Operator Trainee (2nd Shift) at Plant 2 in Wisconsin. Trainee will learn to set up and safely operate a pouch machine to produce quality product and may assist in other departments.

2nd shift runs 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Monday–Thursday, with a $1.00 shift differential. Eligible employees receive health insurance, life insurance, FSA, 401(k) with profit sharing, paid vacation and holidays, EAP, on-site health clinic and fitness center.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use writing, speaking, and reading English.
• Regular attendance and some overtime may be required.
• Must follow safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and nurture a food safety culture by adhering to Safe Quality Foods requirements.
• Complete training to operate a pouch machine per safety and quality standards.
• Assist with set up and operation of a pouch machine.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality attributes are met during production.
• Pack pouches per the customer pack configuration.
• Perform quality checks and adjust the machine as necessary.
• Issue raw materials and final case/pallet count paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
