Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is hiring a Pouch Machine Operator for our Middleton, WI facility on the 2nd shift. You will set up, operate and maintain multi-web pouch machines to meet quality and production standards.

Responsibilities include machine changeovers, tests, material handling, and accurate production logging in Microsoft Dynamics. Prior pouch packaging experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in machine operations.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule including second shift.
• Experience with pouch machines is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-web pouch machines per job specs.
• Monitor performance and conduct seal, drop, valve tests.
• Ensure product dimensions meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Log production time and costs in ERP systems.
