Zusammenfassung

Belmark Inc. is hiring a Web-to-Print CoaterOperator in Wisconsin for 2nd shift (2:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m., Mon-Thu). You will operate a coater to finish flexible packaging film, inspect quality, and complete paperwork to ensure fast turnaround for customer orders.

The role requires following SOPs, PPE usage, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Eligible candidates may participate in benefits and growth opportunities within a dynamic packaging company.

Qualifikationen

• Six (6) months experience setting up and operating a press.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions.
• Ability to effectively utilize the English language.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the position. May be required to work some overtime.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, decimals and fractions.
• Ability to give, receive and analyze information.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Requires nearly constant concentration and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, or crouch for portions of time.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds or more.

Aufgaben

• Follow all standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Use PPE and safety procedures while performing tasks.
• Maintain quality, productivity and waste according to standards.
• Ensure product appearance and run the coater setup and operation.
• Mount plates as needed and perform routine coating press maintenance.
• Move rolls to stage for next job and inspect for bad product.
• Complete required paperwork and keep area clean.
• May assist in other departments and adhere to Safe Quality Foods requirements.
