Job summary

ePac LLC in Middleton, WI is seeking a Multi-Web Pouch Machine Operator on 2nd shift. You will set up, operate, and maintain multi-web pouch machines, ensuring product quality, meeting production standards, and keeping a clean, safe work area.

This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities to cross-train across the plant. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of machine operation experience, basic math and measurement skills, and the ability to read English and metric rulers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in machine operations.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be flexible in work schedule.
• Totani pouch machine experience is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-web pouch machines, including job changeovers and adjustments.
• Monitor machine performance and perform quality checks (seal tests, leak tests).
• Measure product dimensions to ensure specification compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and document production data.
• Assist with roll changes, trimming, and finished goods handling.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
