Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging is hiring a Pouch Machine Operator for our Middleton, WI facility on the 2nd shift. You will set up, operate, and maintain multi-web pouch machines to meet quality and production targets, while ensuring a safe, clean work area and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires at least 2 years of machining experience, knowledge of pouch packaging is a plus, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Two years of machine operation experience required.
Knowledge of flexible packaging is a plus.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be flexible in work schedule.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate multi-web pouch machines per job specs.
Perform machine adjustments and changeovers.
Run quality checks including seal and drop tests.
Maintain safe, clean work area and follow safety protocols.
Log production data and counts in ERP system.
Assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
